About GHRSTU INNOVEX

GHRSTU INNOVEX is a prestigious state-level exhibition and technical competition organised by G H Raisoni Skill Tech University, envisioned to nurture young minds into confident innovators, creators, and problem solvers.

The event brings together diploma students from Engineering and Agriculture institutes across Maharashtra and Goa, offering them a platform to transform ideas into working models and practical solutions. GHRSTU INNOVEX encourages students to move beyond textbooks, apply technical knowledge to real-world challenges, and develop a mindset of innovation, sustainability, and responsibility.

Rooted in experiential learning, the competition aligns with MSBTE curriculum outcomes and AICTE’s focus on innovation-driven education, preparing students to contribute meaningfully to industry, society, and the future.

COMPETITIONS AT GHRSTU INNOVEX

Competition Categories

GHRSTU INNOVEX features two flagship competitions:

A. TECH-MANTHAN

Project Model Exhibition Competition

A competition focused on showcasing working models and demonstrable prototypes developed by students across engineering and agriculture domains.

ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

Who Can Participate

  • Diploma students from recognised Engineering and Agriculture institutes
  • Institutes located in Maharashtra and Goa

Registration Fee

  • ₹100 per student
  • Applicable for both TECH-MANTHAN and TECH-VICHAR
  • Registration is mandatory to participate
  • Registration fee is non-refundable

TEAM STRUCTURE

Raisoni Innovex

TECH-MANTHAN (Project Competition)

Teams require a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 students, guided by one faculty mentor. Inter-college and interdisciplinary teams are encouraged, with multiple entries allowed per institute.

TECH-VICHAR (Presentation Competition)

For the presentation competition, teams consist of a maximum of 2 students, ensuring a focused and concise delivery of ideas.

PRESENTATION / PROJECT TYPE & RULES

TECH-MANTHAN

Project Requirements
  • Only working models or demonstrable prototypes are allowed
  • Static charts or posters alone will not be accepted
  • Projects must be original and developed by students
  • Plagiarised or copied projects will be disqualified
  • Projects must align with the approved themes
Safety and Setup
  • Projects must comply with safety norms
  • Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited
  • Power supply will be provided
  • Teams must bring adapters if required
  • Setup must be completed in allotted time

TECH-VICHAR

Presentation Format (TECH-VICHAR)
  • Format: PPT only
  • Slides: 15–20
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 20, 1.5 spacing
  • Language: English
  • Presentation: 8 minutes
  • Q&A: 2 minutes

Participants must carry the presentation on a pen drive and backup email copy.
